Almajdouie Changan Unveils the Uni-S, the Latest Addition to the Premium UNI Series, and Officially Announces Its Launch in Saudi Arabia.

Almajdouie Motors Company, the authorized dealer of Changan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announced the first launch of the UNI-S model in the Saudi market. This announcement is building upon the success of the three UNI series models, namely UNI-K, UNI-T and UNI-V, as the UNI-S is a medium-sized multi-purpose vehicle, which has been a very popular category in the Saudi market for years.

The UNI-S model is equipped with a fuel-efficient 1.5-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, with 185 hp and 300 Nm of torque, mated to a smooth 7-speed 7DCT transmission, contributing to a fuel efficiency of 16.6 km/l.

The exterior design of the UNI-S model is characterized by a wide and distinctive front that enhances the modern appearance and reflects the UNI series genes, which is distinguished by its design. As for the interior, the car provides a spacious and modern cabin, impeccably designed with  sophisticated colors and elegant details. The seats are covered with luxurious leather and are electrically adjustable to provide maximum comfort for the driver and passengers. The UNI-S also features a large storage area that meets the family needs, compared to other models in its class. The interior cabin also provides a comfortable and luxurious driving experience thanks to the high-quality materials used in manufacturing.

As is known about the “UNI” series models, which are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and innovative features, the “UNI-S” model comes with a 540° high-definition panoramic camera, through which you can see all the surrounding angles, and the vehicle appears transparent for complete vision, in addition to a surveillance camera (dash cam). The model is equipped with an intelligent adaptive cruise control system, a lane departure warning system, an emergency braking system, Traffic Jam Assistance, and Apple Car Play system, which reflects the high development that the company has reached.

In terms of safety and security, the UNI-S model is equipped with a dual airbag system for the driver and front passenger, with side airbags and curtain airbags, an anti-lock braking system (ABS), an electronic brake-force distribution system (EBD), an electronic stability control system (ESP), and a traction control system (TCS).

The UNI-S model offers technology and comfort with a 10-inch information screen, a 12.3-inch entertainment screen, GPS, voice command system, Bluetooth and DAB radio, a 15-watt wireless charger, automatic air conditioning with rear vents, electrically adjustable premium leather seats (6-way for the driver and 4-way for the front passenger), and a panoramic sunroof.
